Tell us about the process, system or site you want looked at. Every project starts with a 30-minute scoping call, and nothing is built until you have approved a written scope.

## What happens next

1. **We reply within 1 working day.** Someone on the team reads what you sent and replies with times for a call, or with a question if the brief needs one. If we are the wrong fit, we say so in that first reply.
2. **A 30-minute scoping call.** We walk through the work, the tools it touches and what a good result looks like. If AI is the wrong tool for the job, you hear that on the call.
3. **A written scope and fixed price within 5 working days.** The scope lists what we build, what is left out, the timeline and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
