## About these terms

These terms apply to your use of methodcrew.com ("the site"), run by The Method Crew ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

## Using the site

You may read, share, link to and quote the material on the site, including in AI search tools and answer engines, as long as you credit The Method Crew and link to the page you quote.

You must not:

- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people
- Try to get into the site, its servers or its data without permission, or test its security without our written agreement
- Send spam, malware or automated submissions through the contact form
- Request pages so heavily that the site slows down for other visitors
- Copy the design, code, logo or mark and present them as your own

## The information on this site

Articles, guides, glossary entries and blueprints are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or security advice for your situation. Tool features and third-party guidance change, so each page shows when it was last updated, and we correct errors when we find them.

## Prices and proposals

Prices on the site are published ranges in US dollars, reviewed every 6 months. They are not an offer. A price becomes binding only in a written scope that both sides sign. Model and tool usage, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Twilio fees, is billed at cost with no markup.

## Client work

Projects, retainers and care plans are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement applies. Our agreements give you ownership of what we build for you: code, workflows, prompts, accounts and data.

## Our content and brand

The text, images, diagrams, 3D artwork, code and design of the site, and the name and mark of The Method Crew, belong to The Method Crew unless a page says otherwise. Quoting with credit is fine, as described above. Anything else needs our written permission.

## Other companies' names and links

The site names tools and companies such as n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, OpenAI and Google to explain our work. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners, and naming them does not mean they endorse us. Links to other sites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle data.

## The contact form

Send only what we need to understand the work. Do not send passwords, access keys, payment card numbers or health records through the form. The [privacy notice](https://methodcrew.com/privacy) explains how we handle what you send.

## Availability and liability

We work to keep the site online and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
