AI and automation by industry
Each sector brings its own rules. In a US clinic, patient data stays out of any tool whose vendor will not sign a business associate agreement. In a brokerage, listing copy a model drafts is screened for fair housing wording and approved by a licensed agent.
In short
The Method Crew builds AI and automation for 6 industries: professional services, ecommerce and retail, healthcare and clinics, real estate, insurance and financial services, and SaaS and technology. Each industry page lists the first systems we would propose, the rules that shape them and a sample 90-day plan with prices. Every build runs on accounts you own and ends with documentation, a runbook and training.

What to build first, sector by sector
Every sector comes with 6 or 7 use cases and the services that build them.
Professional services
Your firm sells expert time, and too much of it goes to finding last year's clause, chasing clients for documents and retyping intake forms.Services we build first: Knowledge systems, Document processing, Readiness auditEcommerce and retail
If your support queue is mostly people asking where an order is, and your catalog was written in a hurry before launch, both are fixable with systems that read your order data and product data directly.Services we build first: AI agents, Content operations, AEOHealthcare and clinics
Front desks in busy practices spend the day on the phone and the evening on paperwork.Services we build first: Voice AI, Document processing, Process automationReal estate
Portal leads go cold while agents are at showings, and tenants email the office about every dripping faucet.Services we build first: Sales and CRM, Voice AI, Document processingInsurance and financial services
Applications, statements and policy documents arrive as PDFs and someone retypes them.Services we build first: Document processing, Sales and CRM, Knowledge systemsSaaS and technology
When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a shortlist in your category, the answer names a handful of products.Services we build first: AEO, SEO and GEO, Web design
Which blueprints fit which sector
A blueprint is a reference design for a system we build, with a build time and a price band. A filled node marks a sector where we would put it on the shortlist.

Your sector is not on the list
Most of what we build does not depend on the sector. Lead routing, invoice processing, call follow-up and weekly reporting run the same way at a manufacturer as at a clinic. The sector changes the rules around the data, and we map those in the first week.
We work with companies of roughly 10 to 500 staff. We do not build consumer apps, run cybersecurity audits or sell general digital marketing.
Bring the process that takes the most hours
On a 30-minute call we'll tell you whether it needs AI, plain automation or nothing new at all.
We reply within 1 working day with times for a call.
